Brian Bernard Memorial Lecture

The Brian Bernard Memorial Fund was established on August 12, 2004 in honour of the late Commissioner of Police.  The purpose of the Fund is to enhance ethical behaviour, human Christian values through education, advocacy and research.  One way of fulfilling this mission is through the hosting of an Annual Lecture, the first of which was held on August 12, 2005.
